## Discovery and version control
- Record the governing profile, service release, currency, participant role, operating window and access-controlled dependencies.
- Keep base ISO, market-profile and institution-specific validation evidence separate.

## Processing and controls
- Define message acceptance, processing, liquidity, settlement, posting, return and reconciliation as distinct states.
- Specify identifiers, duplicate handling, idempotency, timeouts, repair ownership and evidence retention.

## Testing and readiness
- Execute every test in the accompanying JSON file and add institution-specific cases from authorised material.
- Resolve every entry in coverage-gaps.csv before claiming production readiness.
- Reconcile messages, settlement evidence and account postings without counting one movement more than once.
