- Baseline the exact owner release and every locally implemented restriction before transformation or cutover.
- Do not infer T2 field rules from base ISO 20022, HVPS+ or another infrastructure.
- Preserve structured party data, identifiers, status meaning and return correlation across internal models.
- Prove message, settlement and account-posting reconciliation during parallel run.
- Treat every row in coverage-gaps.csv as unresolved implementation scope, not optional documentation.
