# T2 RTGS implementation pack — acceptance criteria

- Given the configured T2 release, when an artefact from another release is supplied, then validation stops before submission and reports both versions.
- Given a technically accepted instruction, when authoritative settlement evidence is absent, then the payment is not labelled settled or released as final.
- Given an uncertain response, when the same economic instruction is retried, then idempotency prevents an uncontrolled duplicate.
- Given a return or investigation, when it is received, then it is correlated to the original without overwriting the original lifecycle outcome.
- Given a restricted-source coverage gap, when readiness is assessed, then the gap remains blocking until authorised evidence is supplied.
